• All prices on the website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). For customer convenience, an automatic conversion option to Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) is available, but payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified at checkout.
  
• Payments must be made in full before access is granted to digital resources, workshops, or consultancy services.
  
• We accept multiple secure payment options, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and supported online payment gateways.
  
• In some cases, local bank transfer or mobile money options may also be made available depending on the customer’s region.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if the delivered product is defective, inaccessible, or significantly different from its description.
  
• Digital products (E-books, online courses, and app subscriptions) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  
• Workshop tickets may be refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 10 working days before the event.
